Cajun Karate Murrieta

Here at Cajun Karate Murrieta we teach Keichu-Do, a combination of Karate and Jiu-Jitsu along with Boxing and Judo techniques. Since self-defense is the backbone of Keichu-Do, almost everything we teach has an application for self-defense. Karate allows the student to strive for excellence physically, mentally, and spiritually.

As Christians, we take the spiritual aspects very seriously, without in any way compromising the need to teach realistic self-defense. We teach all ages starting at age 4 to 94 how to defend themselves against potential confrontation ranging from verbal attacks to physical assaults. Man, woman or child will find the opportunity to get in great shape and enhance esteem through the development of new skills. Parents will especially appreciate how Keichu-Do Karate directs their children's energy in a way that develops discipline, confidence, character development, obedience, honor, courage and respect. For adults, the practice of Keichu-Do Karate can benefit all aspects of their lives including weight loss and stress release.
