We bake as ordered, so you will always get a fresh homemade item! We make all our icing and fondant ( not buckets here) . We fill our calendar about 3 weeks out so be sure and call early. Due to limited hours I will take less cake orders per weekend so I can spend more time on your special order. Thanks
