Home of Artists' Repertory Theatre, the Severance Ballet Conservatory (over 50 years of classical ballet in Fresno), and the Cal Arts Academy Open Program (a 36 year tradition of ballet and contemporary dance). Carla Stallings-Lippert, director of the Severance Ballet Conservatory, is the only Ballet Teacher in the Central Valley certified in American Ballet Theatre's National Training Curriculum.

Wide range of classes offered for ages 18 months to adult include: Acting, Art, Ballet, Belly Dance, Broadway Jazz/Tap, Contemporary, Guitar, Gymnastics/Cheer, Hip Hop, Irish Step Dance, Lyrical Jazz, Musical Theater, Piano, Plays & Musicals, Singing/Voice, and Tap. Private lessons are also available.

In addition, CAA hosts various events throughout the year, including plays and musicals, Rogue Festival Shows, Dance Concerts, ArtHop Receptions, Event Rentals, and Birthday Parties.
