California Health Club is an original true weight lifting and bodybuilding gym in Pleasant Hill. Originally Jim's Weight Room established in 1974 the gym was located in Concord before coming to Pleasant Hill in 1987. The community appreciates and thanks Jim Kay for providing all of us with a real weight room to train in for so many years and years to come
