Apostle Colbert is the founder and visionary of Calvary Deliverance located at 844 Scott Nixon Memorial Drive in Martinez, Georgia. Serving as Senior Pastor since 1995, his dedication and commitment to God has taken Calvary from glory to glory and has changed the lives of people of all nationalities. Apostle Brenda is the wife of the Senior Pastor, Apostle Melvin J. Colbert, co-founder and Apostle of Calvary Deliverance. God has placed a hunger and thirst in her heart for the Word of God. God has also placed an unquenchable desire to see others brought to the Truth of Jesus Christ, and into the kingdom of God.

Calvary Deliverance hosts a plethora of Schools of Study for the advancement and development of the saints, they consist of the following: Calvary Bible Institute & Seminary School of Biblical Studies,School of Liturgical Dance,School of the Prophets, and School of the Apostles.
