Cambridge Township is a township in Isanti County, Minnesota, United States. The population density was 78.7 people per square mile (30.4/km²). There were 893 housing units at an average density of 29.1/sq mi (11.2/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.47% White, 0.21% African American, 0.29% Native American, 0.41% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 0.21% from other races, and 1.33% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.87% of the population.There were 833 households out of which 39.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 71.9% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 18.8% were non-families. 13.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 4.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.89 and the average family size was 3.18.
