The boat dock has a single electric lift for either 1 boat or 2 jet skis. Water depth gently slopes from 3 feet at the retaining wall to about 12 feet at the end of the dock. The deck has a swing and picnic table to enjoy the water.

The 2150 sq. ft. home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and sleeps 8-10 comfortably. The living room is 15 X 30 with vaulted ceilings with a spectacular views of the lake through floor to ceiling windows.

The large master bedroom sleeps 2 in a queen bed and is equipped with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a trundle bed to accommodate a total of 4 guest.
