Camp Kernville

Camp Kernville is centrally located in the historic town of Kernville on ten acres along the Kern River but is just a short walk to the shops and attractions. Camp Kernville boasts 1,000 ft private shoreline along the river for all of our guests to enjoy. It is a perfect place for recreational activities, and guests may use our shores as a take-out point for rafts and kayaks. California Fish and Game stock the river weekly from our private shoreline, which makes Camp Kernville a prime location to fish.

Camp Kernville accepts reservations year round. The park offers all modern amenities, including 30/50 amp service, fire pit and picnic table at each site, community restrooms and showers, laundry facilities, dump station, enclosed pet exercise area, beach showers, fish cleaning station, and an air compressor station. In a campground with beautiful shade trees, private beach, and many amenities, Camp Kernville offers something for everyone!
