Trail rides are available six days a week, Sunday to Friday, by appointment only.

Over Night Trail Rides at Camp Mohaven

The Overnight Trail Ride will start mid-afternoon, traveling for 2.5 hours through scenic Mohican country and ending up at our river-front campsite. After arriving at camp, wranglers will prepare supper over the campfire, giving riders time to relax and enjoy the river. Tents are provided; all you need to bring is your sleeping bag and personal items.

Wake up in the morning to smell of coffee and breakfast being prepared and then saddle up for the ride back to camp. You can choose to end your adventure after the ride or go canoeing on the Mohican River. Mohaven also offers an outdoor pool (when available) and Frisbee golf course.

If you are unable to ride, we offer wagon rides to and from the camp site.

Minimum age: 8 (Minimum age applies to horseback riding only, younger children are encouraged to participate in the over night via wagon ride)
