Camp Pee Dee

Dear Friends,

Just as the dawn of a new day brings with it new possibilities, it is with great excitement that I write to tell you that I am super-excited to be the new program director at Camp Pee Dee Retreat Center. I am grateful to have been called to serve in this beautiful place with an amazing team. I can’t wait to see what God has planned for us.

There are numerous incredible God-inspired opportunities for campers of all ages, whether it is their first time at Camp Pee Dee or their fifth, to learn, grow, explore and experience the love and fellowship of Christ. Our hope is that by the end of each week, campers will leave with a stronger sense of creation, discipleship and hospitality as well as what it means to live a Christ-centered life and to better understand how God wants us to “put their trust in Him.” (Hebrews 3:13)

For half a century Camp Pee Dee has woven itself into the fabric of our faith. For those of you who have spent time here, you know it is a place where you can get away from everyday distractions and draw closer to God. It is a place of quietness and solitude, of excitement and inspiration, of reflection and growth. It is time to pass the incredible experience that is Camp Pee Dee on to another generation of believers.

Enclosed you will find the 2014 Summer Camp brochures. There are many camping opportunities available for children and youth who have completed 5K – 12th grade.
