Campbell Commodities, Inc.

The grocery, also known as "The Barn", was built by Charlie Campbell and family, from heart pine lumber from the old Manor house torn down in the mid 1970's. In 1977, Campbell's was established primarily to handling institutional food products to sell at discounted prices targeting prisons and independent restaurants thru closeouts and liquidations that would flourish no matter what condition of the economy.

In the late 1980's, the company began opening full-time and graduated from a pickup truck to bob-trucks and eventually to 5 over the road semi-trucks and trailers. With the addition of a new warehouse in 1996 and remodeled retail store specializing in discounted frozen foods.

Campbell Lots at Talowah was added in 1998 to handle non-food items, such as health and beauty aids, and seasonal items at discounted prices, called CAMPBELL LOTS - variety outlet store.

CAMCO in Oak Grove was added in 1999 - a branch off of Campbell Commodities, Inc., located at 2135 Oak Grove Road, Hattiesburg, MS

In 2009, another grocery was added to the family - CAMPBELL LOTS - WIGGINS location (grocery and fresh meat). Campbell Lots is located at 734 Magnolia Dr, Wiggins, MS
