A message from the Chief:

On behalf of the Campbell Police Department and the community we serve, it is my privilege to welcome you to our website. We have prepared this website to help familiarize you with our police department and our community. The Town of Campbell also known as French Island is an island community surrounded by the Black and Mississippi Rivers. We are located just west of the City of La Crosse right off of Interstate 90.

The police department and our local regulations are provided to help you enjoy a safe and prosperous lifestyle or visit to our community. The Greater La Crosse area provides excellent outdoor recreational activities including boating, sailing, fishing, hunting, biking, hiking, skiing, nature trails and much more. Our area also boasts many excellent restaurants, hotels and a variety of activities to make your stay here enjoyable and memorable.

Our Police Department prides itself in being a leader in our community dedicated to meeting the needs of our residents and visitors through Community and Problem-Oriented Policing practices. We encourage you to call upon us if we can be of assistance in any way.
