Right off the bat, I'm going to let you know that I'm not going to bore you with statistics, market research and all those things you're perfectly capable of looking up on Google on your own. Most anyone these days can do a basic search on the internet (or bribe your grand kids into doing it for you) and find an amazing amount of material about real estate in general and your current local market. You can find what properties are available in the area; where and when the Open Houses are scheduled and what builders are available for all the new developments. You can even get yourself pre-approved for a mortgage. If you're comfortable doing all those things and feel confident you understand the all the different documents required and what they really mean, go forth and buy properties with my blessings. You don't need me.

But, if you're feeling a bit overwhelmed by all that information, especially since much of it is conflicting, confusing or downright incorrect, you're not alone. And if that's the case, let me help. It's what I do.
