The CANE A SUCRE (French sugarcane) that was once known as Miami Design Districts darling Cuban-French hybrid sandwicherie created by the Vega brothers, has now a new gourmet off-spring SANDWICH BAR in the heart of Downtown Miami.

This Chef Artist Duo comprised of European trained Chef Michael Vega and brother Sinuhe Vega, an established visual artist and exhibitor known for their history of opening restaurant ventures in Miami’s under serviced areas and acquiring the hidden gem, once again saw another great opportunity in the heart of Downtown Miami. Cane A Sucre is what they have brought to life in a dense and populated area in need of new food concepts.
