Abigail Lilly has been in the massage field since 2003. She graduated from the Finger Lakes School of Massage with 1000 hours of massage bodywork schooling. Licensed in the State of South Carolina and Nationally Certified, Abigail was also a Holistic Health Practitioner in San Diego, California where she worked in a therapeutic massage spa. Abigail has had experience in the chiropractic setting as a massage therapist as well as teaching massage therapy.
Always eager to learn more, Abigail obtained her Masters of Science in Psychology specializing in counseling in 2014. She worked in San Diego with at risk youths with an array of mental health diagnosis such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and bipolar. Abigail has also worked with their families to educate them on helpful parenting techniques and positive family cohesion techniques.
Currently, Abigail is in the process of obtaining her Personal Training Certificate through ACE as her goal is to bring balance and awareness to true health and wellness through her education and work experience. Abigail's modalities include aromatherapy in which she uses doTERRA essential oils, deep tissue, hot stone, Swedish, and working with specific issues such as stress, headaches, and improving specific areas of pain with all age groups!
Abigail is looking forward to working at Cane Bay Chiropractic and building a therapeutic relationship with each of her new clients!
