2015 Schedule of Events

Wednesday, November 25th
9:00am – 5:00pm – Time for set-up and decoration of trees and drop-off time for centerpieces, wreaths and silent auction items.

Friday November 27th
1:00pm – 7:00pm — Open to the public – Specialized shopping with vendor and craft booths open during the entire festival hours.
3:00pm – 7:00pm — Pictures with Santa

Saturday November 28th
9:00am – 10:30am – Breakfast with Santa – Bring your family and friends and enjoy a private event with entertainment, a unique Santa experience and a gift for every child that attends.
10:00am – 5:00pm – Open to the public – Specialized shopping with vendor and craft booths open during the entire festival hours.
12:00pm – 4:00pm — Pictures with Santa
6:00pm – 9:00pm – Women’s Sip & Shop and Fashion Show – Bring your friends and family and enjoy a private ladies night out, complete with one hour of special Sip and Shop sales (booths will be open for this private event), light appetizers, wine and a celebrity fashion show. The night is yours! Enjoy it with friends to celebrate the holidays.

Sunday November 29th
11:00am – 5:00pm — Open to the public – Specialized shopping with vendor and craft booths open during the entire festival hours.
12:00pm – 4:00pm — Pictures with Santa

Monday November 30th
Gala Dinner and Auction
Advanced ticket purchase required.
No host bar opens at 5:30 pm.
Dinner served at 6:30 pm.
