Enjoy meal planning and dining in the large airy kitchen with a table seating 8-10 as well as a counter for 4 under a cathedral ceiling with skylights The adjacent family room with cathedral ceilings and skylights has a full wall of glass sliders leading to a deck, the outdoor shower and the lovely private backyard with a hot tub. The Sun Room next to the kitchen and family room has a waterview as well as views of the perennial gardens. It is a perfect spot to relax with your morning coffee, lunch or hors d'oevres; and is also a charming room to play cards or a board game. The Sun Room has a glass slider to the deck and backyard with the umbrella table seating, BBQ cook area and chaise lounges on the beautiful lawn. The backyard outdoor shower and changing room is and is surrounded by beautiful perennial gardens,including an herb garden, pots with colorful annuals and total privacy assured by by a plantings and trees .

From the Sun Room, you will enter the lovely Dining Room that seats 8 - 12 around a vintage white washed French provincial table with two leaves and eight upholstered French provincial chairs (and 4 additional white chairs as needed ). The white contemporary open shelf wall unit is filled with beautiful crystal and vintage glassware and serving pieces. The glass french doors look out onto deck and backyard with the additional dining of teak chairs and a glass table as well as a set of beautiful outdoor furniture and umbrella for relaxing meals, throughout the day and the evening.

The Living Room has a wide entrance from the Dining Room . It is a very spacious sunny room featuring a high cathedral ceiling with skylights as well as windows on all three sides with water and garden views. The three seating areas with a beach inspired ambiance makes this room a fabulous space to relax by yourself or with others. In the evening, the large contemporary fireplace and new stone hearth in the center of the room offers cozy fireside relaxation. It is a beautiful place to relax in the winter as well as the spring, summer and fall.

Rest and privacy is assured for 10 people in 5 bedrooms as each bedroom is located in a separate locations throughout the house. The romantic, very private 2nd floor master bedroom suite has a king bed and a seating area with a daybed for a child as well as a crib room (portacrib provided) or child's room with a rollaway bed. The exquisite new large master bath has a two person air jet Jacuzzi Tub and a large glass shower with a window.

The suite has a covered large water view open air porch with beautiful wicker upholstered sofa and chairs as well as a small bistro table for four and side serving table. It is a lovely spot to stretch out and read or enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as evening drinks. Across the porch is a doorway leading to the 3rd bedroom with a half bath .

On the first floor there is a 2nd master bedroom off of the Living Room with a new queen size bed and a full private bath. with a shower/tub set up for the elderly. The glass sliding doors lead out to the gorgeous backyard with an outside shower/dressing room and hot tub.

The 4th Bedroom over the Rec Room has a wood laminate floor, skylights and windows . It is a wonderful space that can be used as as an artist studio, yoga studio, music room, writer's retreat, game room, or an office.

The 5th Bedroom with a single bed is on the 1st level behind the Game Room. It has a lovely tile floor and windows overlooking the back yard area with the hot tub.

This room can also be used as a changing room for the Hot Tub.

The side entrance to the house has a mudroom/laundry room with a door to the 'Rec Room ( in the two car garage) complete with a ping pong table, bumper pool table and casual sectional sofa seating.

The sandy beach has fresh sand delivered each season . With a gentle slope and plenty of shallow water for toddlers and deeper water for swimmers as well as a panoramic view, you can enjoy watching the many sailboats, birds, Osprey Nest and the absolutely fabulous western sunsets from this luxurious beach ! Kayaks can be rented and left on the shoreline.

New Beach chairs, towels, beach bags, sand toys and a cooler are provided for your days on the beach!

The nearby villages and towns of Pocasset, Falmouth, Woods Hole, Sandwich and Mashpee offer excellent golfing, boating, tennis, bike trails, walking and rollerblading as well as charming restaurants and shops and activities for children such as go-carts and pinball machines as well as miniature golf.
