Capital City Youth Strength & Conditioning is providing Free or Reduced Cost training for youth ages 7-17 at Ohio Strength Home of Crossfit Italian Village.

You can expect to participate in fun group training focusing on strength, flexibility and conditioning. All classes will be coached by a certified CrossFit Kids Trainer and monitored closely. Safety are fun are top priorities.

Ages 7-12 can join Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30p-5:30p.

Ages 13-17 can join Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:30PM-4:30PM.

Snacks will be provided!
