Relaxed, low key, and loved by Nashvillians "in the know", the Capitol Grille in Nashville's Hermitage Hotel is inspired by cultural sustainability. That is, preserving the past while using techniques of the future. Our commitment to serving local food goes beyond just sourcing local. All of the ingredients used in the restaurant are planted grown and harvested by our staff on our very own Double H Farms. Our farm is also home to 170 cattle, providing the freshest quality beef, burgers and steaks for our diners. Our menu shifts with the seasons based on what is fresh and best available, paying homage to classic, southern cuisine.
