Capoeira Batuque Pasadena

Capoeira Batuque Pasadena teaches the dance & martial art form of Brazilian Capoeira in Pasadena, CA. We welcome students of all ages and levels so join us today.

For those who don’t know, Capoeira is an African-Brazilian dance & martial art developed by Africans in Brazil long ago. It is a form of communication, it can be peaceful or have contact, involves acrobatics, and requires music including singing in portuguese. You will also study the history and culture behind the rhythms, music, movements, and history of Capoeira when you study with us.

We are dedicated to bringing people together from different ethnicities, races, religions, genders, and more. We are nonjudgmental and believe that, through Capoeira, we can teach people to be more compassionate towards others and to learn through different cultures and experiences.
