Capstone Fitness is an exclusive personal training studio based in Indio, California.

We offer training in a clean, comfortable and friendly atmosphere.

We offer an alternative to working out in over-crowded and often times unclean gyms. You don’t have to feel uncomfortable with others looking at you while you work out, and you don’t have to wait in line to use equipment. We provide training services in a private to semi private, non-intimidating and motivating environment.

At Capstone Fitness, we use methods and techniques that are not offered at traditional health clubs. We listen to you and customize your workout to meet your fitness goals.

Unlike most workout facilities or health clubs, we do not charge initiation fees, membership fees, or monthly dues. You pay only for the ser­vices you choose.

Our trainers work by appointment only. They will work with you and your schedule to ensure it is most convenient for you.
