Captiva Island Yacht Club

Members and guests can enjoy our beautiful shell-laden beach with full use of club beach chairs and umbrellas, or reserve kayaks, canoes or paddle boards to explore Roosevelt Channel and Buck Key. Carry out beach food service is available during clubhouse hours and we can even deliver your order to the beach.

As members of the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs and Yachting Club of America, our members have access to over 700 yacht clubs throughout the U.S. Our cruising schedule takes us to many interesting and beautiful boating destinations. Whether or not you own a boat, you can participate in either luncheon cruises or extended cruises.

Our clubhouse is the perfect gathering place for a casual lunch, cocktails at sunset, mingling at the bar, fine dining and special occasions. Every Friday is TGIF, where friends visit before having a delicious buffet dinner. Gourmet wine dinners, special events, and seasonal changes keep our menus fresh and exciting.

Social activities throughout the year include theme parties, cookouts, holiday celebrations, bridge, art shows, summer sailing and much more. Since its founding in 1984, the yacht club’s purpose has been to provide a unique dining experience, a friendly atmosphere, beautiful boating destinations, and a calendar of social events and activities for the enjoyment of its members.
