Captured Beauty

I have always loved taking pictures. But with always working to make ends meet and raising my 2 children, there was never enough time or money for me to do what I love. God sent me on this journey in August 2012 after both of my kids were grown and gone. Not only has he brought me here to Amarillo, Tx, but he also provided me with the money to buy a nice camera and then landing me the perfect job in my lap where I could be able to take pictures. Also given me the confidence that I had an eye behind the lens. He has held my hand and I have learned everything I have by myself. I am not a professional and never have claimed to be, I just love what I'm doing. I would one day love to be a professional Nature photographer. God sure has blessed me while he is leading me through this chapter in my life and I am very grateful for all of the blessings he has given me. He sure has made me appreciate, more than ever, LIFE ITSELF, and has allowed me to see some of the most spectacular things! Things I never would have seen without being here.
With all of that being said, as you look at these pictures just think about everything that God created and just how blessed we all are for him giving us what we have. A lot of these pictures are things that most people take for granted and never take the time to see the real beauty in them. I hope you all enjoy what I have been blessed to capture through my camera lens. Some of the pictures you will see on here are not frameable, but just pictures I wanted to share. The pictures of the sunrises and sunsets are very similar from frame to frame but are different in some aspect. I hope if you have never been able to sit and watch a sunrise or sunset from the beginning to the end that one day you will be able to experience it as I have!
