Gina Capuano graduated from Temple University School Of Law in 1998 after obtaining her undergraduate degree from Saint Joseph's University. She was the recipient of the Temple Law Alumni Moot Court Award as well as an award for Excellence in Litigation. Her experience includes a judicial clerkship on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania in addition to employment as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia. She has been in private practice since 2001 handling all criminal and personal injury matters in Pennsylvania and New Jersey in both state and federal courts. She has handled numerous cases including high profile murders, arson, and rape.

Rich DeSipio has extensive trial and high profile case experience. Rich has litigated thousands of felony and municipal court cases, including homicide, rape, assault, theft, firearms, and narcotics violations.
Rich DeSipio has provided educational seminars to judges, law enforcement, attorneys, and citizen organizations. He has received numerous honors, commendations, and recognition from trial judges, peers, and community organizations for his work as an aggressive and passionate trial attorney. Before becoming a Criminal Defense Attorney, Rich was a trial attorney for the Office of the Philadelphia and Montgomery County District Attorneys. Mr. DeSipio was the chief of the Montgomery Sexual Assault, Child Abuse, and Domestic Violence Units. Rich was a champion of the underdog.
Rich was born and raised in Philadelphia and then attended high school in Bucks County. After attending LaSalle University, he Graduated from the Temple University School of Law in 1998 in the top 5% of the class. Rich was selected as a member of the Law Review, President of Moot Court, and part of the Championship Team for the National Trial Lawyers Competition.
Mr. DeSipio is a practicing bar member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Courts, Federal District and Circuit Courts, and the United States Supreme Court.
