At Cara & Company we strive to make our guest experience the best possible and to form a long lasting relationship with our clients. We provide a warm, fresh and eclectic atmosphere to relax and enjoy a truly unique salon experience. Our highly trained staff set the standard in the latest cuts, color and trends. Every member of our team has trained under world renound stylist and continues to further their education by attending master classes yearly. We customize every appointment with personalized consultations and mix color at our L'Oreal color bar to meet each clients needs. Our main goal is to create beautiful hair for our guest without compromising the integrity or health of our clients hair. We carry a luxary line of professional products to nourish, treat, and maintain your style.

We offer LATE NIGHT APPOINTMENTS till 7 on Tuesday and Thursday nights or Later on Saturday BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Appointments

Please arrive on time to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our stylist availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service. In some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment to ensure quality service and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled and will need to be booked when your appointment is made. We ask that you also specify if you need a partial highlight or a full highlight as there is a great difference in the time allocated for each. Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. NEW CLIENTS

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out client information card and change into your robe. This allows ample time to find your way to our location and get settled.

GRATUITIES
GRATUITY IS CUSTOMARY FOR GOOD SERVICE AND ALWAYS LEFT TO THE DISCRETION OF OUR CLIENTS. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT GRATUITIES CANNOT BE CHARGED TO YOUR CREDIT CARD or included in your check.
Cancellation Policy-
We at Cara & Company want to be able to provide the best service to as many of our valued clients as possible. As a courtesy to our clients, we send an email 5 days in advance and a phone call 2 days in advance to remind clients of their upcoming appointments. We also provide a cancelation list for clients that are waiting to see a fully booked stylist. Over the past year, we have had several no-shows or last minute cancelations, leaving stylists with gaps in their schedules that were too last minute to fill, even with several people waiting on the cancelation list. Due to the demand of our stylists, and the fact that we as a business get paid by our time, we have decided to implement a cancelation policy.
We know things happen and we understand that the occasional last minute cancelation will happen from time to time. We have decided to track clients’ last minute cancelations and no shows. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment or cancel it with less than 24 hours’ notice on 3 separate occasions, within the same year, you will be responsible for paying 50% of your canceled service before being able to book again. First time clients who no show no call on their first appointments will loose their 3 time grace period.
We hope this policy will help to cut down on no-shows and last minute cancelations and, therefore, allow us to accommodate more of our clients and add a little more beauty to each of your days. :)
