It's official, I'm branching out on my own. I believe in self care as a means to self preservation, preventative health care, and happiness. The word is if we take care of ourselves then we can spread the care amongst our loved ones in a healthy, holistic way. Let me help you out with that; I'll come to you. :)
So, my goal is to be a facilitator of healing and health. I don't claim to be a healer of anyone except myself, but I do believe through education, awareness, and action we are each granted access to our healer of self.
Through all sorts of massage modalities (Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release Therapy, and CranioSacral work, Reiki and more to come) and/or a combination of many yoga lineages (integral, vinyasa flow, yin, yoga nidra, yoga as therapy) I hope I can create a perfect personalized experience for each client with a goal of increased comfort, breath, strength and flexibility of mind, body and spirit.
