Gregory R. Metcalf RFP®, RFC®, CWS®, AIF® is a Partner and Wealth Manager at Cardinal Wealth Management. With over 22 years experience in the Investment and Insurance Industry, Greg has helped many individuals, families and small businesses with their financial needs and goals. He is a 1986 graduate of Catholic Central High School in Steubenville, a 1990 graduate of Ohio University with B.B.A. in Finance, and holds the Series, 6, 7, 65, and Life Insurance licenses. In 2014 Greg obtained one of the industry’s newest certifications, the Certified Wealth Strategist® designation, administered by Cannon Financial Institute. Greg is very active in his community, and currently serves as 3rd ward councilman for the City of Steubenville. He is a member of the Masonic Lodge #691 and the Valley of Steubenville Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite. He has also served as a volunteer girl’s softball coach for many years, taught financial education courses to Junior High students for over 8 years, and enjoys playing tennis in his free time. Greg is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Financial Services Institute, and the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce. He received the distinguished Valley Service Award from the Valley of Steubenville Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite in 2011, as well as the Outstanding Alumni Award from Catholic Central High School in 2009. Greg and his wife Beth are proud parents of three daughters, Molly, Madeline, and Maya.

Richard J. Desman, CFP®, CLU, ChFC is a Partner and Financial Advisor at Cardinal Wealth Management. Rick has over 40 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry. He earned a B.S. degree from Ohio University in 1971, and holds several prestigious professional designations. Rick has served his local community by hosting “Moneyline”, a local radio talk show for 14 years, and co-hosting with Greg Metcalf, a local TV program called “Financial Focus” for 3 years. He had also written a financial column for our local newspaper in the Sunday edition for over 4 years. Rick taught an adult investment course at the Joint Vocational School for 5 years, and on the state level produced and taught Continuing Education courses for the Ohio Bar Association and the State Board of Accountancy. He specializes in the Senior Market and uses his experience to provide products and services to help his clients reduce risk and provide legacy planning for their heirs. Rick is active in the local community and currently serves as the Chairman of the Jefferson County Board of Elections. He resides in Steubenville with his wife Mary Jane, and they are proud parents of two adult children, Garrett and Courtney.
