Care Dimensions

Care Dimensions, founded in 1978 as Hospice of the North Shore, provides compassionate care throughout all stages of advanced illness. Care Dimensions is dedicated to helping patients and families through this difficult and challenging time, so that patients can live each day as fully and comfortably as possible. Serving patients in more than 90 communities, Care Dimensions is the largest not-for-profit hospice in Massachusetts.
