To better serve you, we have recently moved our collision center to a new 20,000 square foot facility located on Industrial Parkway (the old Reliable Heating and Air Building.) Moving allowed us to not only increase our capacity but provided us an excellent opportunity to invest in the most technologically advanced collision repair equipment on the market today. Simply put, the move was our commitment to providing Carl Cannon customers with the absolute highest quality repair possible in a prompt and courteous fashion.

Things you should know when choosing a Collision Center:
YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO GO TO THE COLLISION CENTER OF YOUR CHOICE! Your insurance company can’t require you to go to any particular shop.
You are not required by law to get multiple estimates.
Not all Paint is Created Equal. In an effort to save money at the customer’s expense, many shops use cheap low quality paint that will not last!
Not all shops employee I-Car or ASE certified technicians because of the added cost of doing so. In many cases these shops still charge the same rate as those with certified technicians meaning that the shop saves money but the customer doesn’t!
Not all shops are equipped with the Unibody repair equipment required to properly repair 80% of all the vehicles built today. Again, your vehicle and your safety pay the consequences not the shop.
Estimates often vary between shops, sometimes for good reason and others due to mistakes in the estimate. In either case, it’s your right to ask why there is a variance.
Many collision centers only do body repair and must subcontract out all electrical and mechanical repairs to a 3rd party. In many cases this leads to finger pointing between the collision center and the 3rd party when the customer has a problem with the finished product.
Many Collision Centers have brokered deals with discount insurance carriers agreeing to use junk and refurbished parts along with other cost cutting measures in their repairs even when it comes at the customer’s expense. For this reason, many of these carriers will encourage customers to use these specific shops by promising lifetime warranties, claims convenience, and additional rental car coverage. Quality shops will warranty their repairs regardless and will always make the claims process as easy as possible. You should always ask yourself this question, WHY ARE THEY BEGGING ME TO USE THIS PARTICULAR SHOP? ARE THEY LOOKING OUT FOR ME OR THEMSELVES?

We use PPG’s Global Refinish System which is the best in the business and ensures we will be able to properly match and blend your vehicles finish regardless of color, age or condition. PPG provides a lifetime warranty on all of its Global Finishes.
Our technicians are ASE or I-Car certified.
Because we are a full service dealership, electrical and mechanical repairs are still preformed in house and not subcontracted out to a 3rd party. We truly are a 1 stop shop.
If your insurance carrier requires that we use used or refurbished parts we will notify you fist so that you may contact them & request OEM parts be approved for the repair. If your insurance carrier will not approve those parts, we will happily provide you with other alternatives such as using OEM parts at an additional cost. Our goal is to do everything we can to educate you and then ensure you receive the best repair possible.
Our paint, materials and workmanship are warrantied for life. Our parts are covered by a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty unless otherwise specified by the manufacturer.
