Carmine's Creative Italian Cuisine

Carmine's Creative Italian Cuisine proudly opened their
doors in August 2013 on Virginia Avenue. A family-owned
and operated restaurant offering fine Italian cuisine created
by Chef Carmine.

Chef Carmine Schiano Moriello came to the U.S. from Naples in 1983 and served as chef in restaurants around Maryland and New Jersey before deciding to open his own restaurant in his home town of Smithsburg in the Fall of 2009. Prior to opening Carmine's Italian Restaurant, Schiano Moriello was Head Chef at the popular Al Pomodoro restaurant in Hagerstown, MD.
