Carolina Farmhouse Dairy is a first generation farm in NC where a small herd of Jersey cows graze on grass year-round to produce sweet milk and a broad range of artisan dairy products.

* not using growth hormones or antibiotics
* minimally and carefully processing the milk,
* using few and certified organic ingredients with
* no preservatives, artificial ingredients, stabilizers, colors or

* delivering products from the cow to the customer within a few days…

Cindy Hamrick escaped a long corporate career to raise her three boys and reconnect to a more meaningful life. They believe that a strong local food system is imperative to the economic strength and food security of every community and producing dairy is how they do their part.
