Carolina House is a new 3 bedroom, 2 and a half bath home, nestled on three acres in the beautiful Smoky Mountains of North Carolina.

On the property you will find a stocked trout stream where you can catch your own fresh rainbow trout or have a restful sleep listening to the sounds of rushing water of Alarka Creek.

Carolina House amenities include, in the exterior, screened-in front porch with genuine North Carolina Porch Rockers, porch swing, fenced in yard, fishing poles (but guests must provide their own fishing licenses), 5 to 6 person hot tub with cedar deck, Weber gas burner with side burner, trout fishing stream, private swimming hole, stream side fire pit.

The interior includes three bedrooms plus a queen size sofa bed. Sleeps up to ten people. Central air conditioning and heating, gas fireplace, free WiFi, and unlimited local and long distance telephone service. Ceiling fans in living room and every bedroom. All bedrooms have color TV with VCR and DVD players. All bedrooms have CD stereo systems. Master bedroom has separate satellite TV system. Living room has surround sound DVD, CD, VCR entertainment system with separate stereo system.

Fully equipped kitchen has all pots, pans, and dishware. Full size microwave, dishwasher, oven, crock pot, stove, refrigerator, freezer with ice maker, and automatic coffee maker.

Soaker tub for two in the master bedroom. Video/DVD library, full size washer and dryer.
