"Nothing like leaving your home town of 20 years for upstate New York to rekindle your love affair with the South. I never realized how much pride I had in where I was from and how I was raised until I was surrounded by people who grew up completely differently then I did. There are lots of things I missed when I moved states away to play college football- family, dirt roads, and small town traditions to name a few- but what I missed most was my time in the woods, complete with guns, dogs, poles, calls, and guys I've called friends since kindergarten. We ate, slept, and breathed everything the southern lifestyle had to offer and loved every second of it. After all, when you're from the Carolinas, there's every reason in the world to come home to roost. Only authentic Southerners can create authentic Southern apparel, and we've done just that with our hats and shirts....Southern without trying too hard, if you know what I mean...."
