Carolyn Huff Photography

My name is Carolyn Huff and I attended the University of Rhode Island where I graduated with a BFA in Fine Arts, concentration in Photography. I had always dreamed of a creative career, one that would permit me to think outside of the box.

My first opportunity to work creatively was in a photography internship at Walt Disney World in the fall semester of my senior year of college. Upon returning to URI to finish my degree, I recommitted myself to working creatively and began a career at Disney in June 2011.

Striving for a more challenging position, I was chosen for a management level internship at the Animal Kingdom, a management position in photography and entertainment at EPCOT and I was eventually promoted to leading a large team of photographers from across the Walt Disney World Resort, at the Magic Kingdom itself.

My focus was photo quality, I trained photographers how to use equipment and guest service skills to achieve the best possible images and experience for our guests. My five years spent at Disney were challenging, and allowed me to further hone my creative skills within a fast paced, business oriented environment.

Armed with a multitude of new arts and technical management skills, I sought to return home to Rhode Island. My passion is truly fulfilled when I am behind a camera lens. Therefore, Carolyn Huff Photography was born. It is my big dream within a small business.
