Services & Rates

House cleaning:

REGULAR CLEANING INCLUDES
*Bathrooms - dust, toilets, tubs, showers, mirrors, counter tops, sinks, faucets, and floors.
*Bedrooms - dust, floors, and change bed linens (if they are left out on the bed by customer)
*Main living areas (living room, dining room, hallways, etc.) - dust, glass table tops, and floors.
*Kitchen - counter tops, appliances wiped down, dusting, sink, and wipe down kitchen table & chairs. Dishes ARE NOT included. If the sink is full of dishes, it won't be able to be cleaned.
*Blinds, ceiling fans, and light fixtures in every room dusted with Swiffer (as long as they are able to be reached)
*Closets & laundry rooms will be vacuumed/mopped only by request.

DEEP CLEANING INCLUDES
*Base boards, chair rail, trim, doors, and ceiling cleaned (by hand with damp cloth)
*Blinds cleaned (by hand with damp cloth)
*Remove globes from light fixtures and wash them
*Dust & polish all furniture top to bottom
*Clean glass in curio/china cabinets
*Detail scrub of tile showers and/or tile back plashes
*Move any furniture that can be moved (sofa's, chairs, end tables, night stands), and clean the floor behind them & underneath where they sit.
*Clean any cloth lamp shades
*Clean outside of all cabinets (wooden cabinets are done with Murphy's Oil Soap)
*Vents vacuumed out
*As well as everything included in a regular cleaning

Please note that some items may be left off a regular or deep cleaning depending on the needs of the specific house and the customers preferences. This is done in order to offer a more affordable rate for regular cleanings, so it is imperative to be very specific with your priorities and preferences in order to get what is most important to you done at a great price!!

All supplies and equipment are provided (the proper cleaning supplies will be used, not just a general cleaner), but I will gladly use anything you provide if that is your preference.

Laundry, dishes, and windows are not included in regular or deep cleaning services, but can be added for an additional charge (will need to be quoted). Can also provide carpet cleaning and small pressure washing services (will need to be quoted). Carpet cleaning is safe for all carpet types, and a "dry foam" carpet shampoo is used that dries in less than an hour (so you are not putting moisture into your carpet).

I can also clean your place of business (office, day care, etc), but we would need to meet in person and discuss the details.

Regardless of the type of cleaning you schedule, anything not accessible will not be cleaned. Examples are, but not limited to: furniture too heavy to move that may be obstructing something that needs cleaning, anything that can't be reached with a small step ladder (or a ladder no larger than 6 ft IF THE CUSTOMER CAN PROVIDE), or any surface that is 50% or more covered. Please make sure all belongings have been picked up before your cleaning (clothes, paperwork, etc.). I do ask that anything of high value or extremely sentimental to be up out of the way before your cleaning. I will always personally be there to do your cleaning, but on some occasions I may have a helper with me who knows my expectations. I am completely ok cleaning with pets, you, or any other family members at the house, I just ask you to do your best to not slow me down.

Payment is expected at the time of service (unless arrangements have been made in advance) I accept cash or checks. If you need to use a credit card, I will accept payment via Paypal, but there will be a fee of $5 for any amount due under $100, and $10 for any amount due of $100 or more. There will be a $40 fee added to any checks returned NSF, and you will not be able to pay with a check for future services until the returned check is cleared up. If you have a check returned twice, you will no longer be able to pay for any services with a check.

RATES
All jobs MUST be quoted. Telling me the size of your home will not allow me to give you an accurate quote. Just because a house is larger does not always mean it will cost more. Some smaller homes actually take longer, and not that they are necessarily dirtier, there are many things that can make a difference.

Most houses fall between $50 - $60 for a weekly cleaning, or $60 - $100 for bi-weekly cleaning. A one time clean runs between $80 - $120, and deep cleanings run between $140 - $200 (my deep cleanings are more detailed than most, so make sure you read the description above). If you would like to hire me hourly to work on specific things (personal organizing, laundry, anything extra), my hourly rate is $20 - $25 per hour. My minimum fee for any job is $50.
