CARTLANDIA's goal is to be a sustainable affordable, high quality location for vendors that promote local food and small businesses and enhances the local community. The location is right on the 82nd street bus line and has great access from the 205 freeway (just take the Johnson Creek exit and go north three blocks on 82nd) and a short walk from the Flavel MAX line. We have over an acre of space for food carts, small businesses, and bike related activities and vendors for you to enjoy. There are two buildings on the lot and one is THE BLUE ROOM BAR where we usually show sporting events like Timbers games, Ducks and Beavers games and we air Portlandia. We also have a kid's play area with a mini basketball game, a "barking lot" for dogs. The lot is a former used car lot that is now transformed into a family-friendly bicyclist destination . The lot is well fenced, has overhead lighting dusk to dawn, covered seating, and access to indoor bathrooms for customers. This is an eco-lot with all vendors encouraged to use recycled materials and local products. There is ample recycling and composting on site as well.
