Mexican cuisine comes in many forms and styles dependent on location and tradition. Our style is derived from traditional methods and recipes originating in the Mexican state of Jalisco, specifically a small town known as Los Reyes. It was here that our cuisine had its origins and has become what it is today. Although the old ways of preparing the dishes has evolved to incorporate new ingredients and local flavors we remain true to our old traditions while at the same time adapting to satisfy local tastes. La Cocina Mexicana viene en muchas formas y estilos dependiendo del lugar de origen y tradicion. Nuestro estilo se deriva de metodos tradicionales y recetas que se originaron en el estade Mexicano de Jalisco, especificamente en un poblado llamado los Reyes. Fue aqui donde nuestro estilo de cocinar tuvo sus origines y se a convertido en lo que es hoy en dia. Auque los metodos antiguos de prepar los platillos an evolucionado a incorporar nuevos ingredientes y sabores locales, seguiremos nuestras tradiciones al mismo tiempo que nos adaptamos para satisfacer paladares locales.
