2 Beautiful, comfortably furnished bedroom in a 3 BR apt downstairs in a 1930's 6 unit bldg. Apartment has wood floors, good light, small, separate tile bathroom with shower. One of the rooms has A/C and a cable TV. Both rooms have a full size pillowtop bed, dresser, heater vent, wifi. I have a sofabed (full size) in the living room for extra people. Please tell me if you want the room with the TV and A/C.

Fresh clean linens and towels provided. Washer/dryer in the unit available for your use. I will have breakfast goodies available for you. You are welcome to keep food in the fridge and cook if you like. There are great places close by to eat including Bloom Café (organic food and fresh juices), Chic, CJ's (GREAT breakfast place) and others which serve a range of breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as other options closeby including Little Ethiopia (many restaurants), LA Maison du Pain, up the street and Roscoe's House of Chicken and Waffles. Whole Foods and Trader Joe's is closeby as well.

Centrally located in LA to get to downtown,the westside, or the valley. Close to the 10 freeway. Bus Stop 1/2 block from home and goes everywhere. 10 minutes to Beverly Hills and Hollywood. 15-20 minutes to Downtown, LAX, Santa Monica and Venice Beach & Valley, depending on traffic. Near major buslines. Grocery stores, Starbucks, 7/11, cleaners and other restaurants closeby. Walkable to Farmers Market/The Grove as well as Little Ethiopia. Located 5 blocks south of LACMA (Los Angeles County Museum of Art), Craft and Folk Art Museum and Wilshire Blvd's Miracle Mile. Yoga classes nearby and Pan Pacific Park for a nice walk or run.

Super shuttle from LAX $24 to my door ($35 for a taxi including tip). Now there's a new shuttle service for $20 wherever you are going. I think it is called Shuttle to Airport and you can catch it right outside baggage claim at LAX. Street parking (just remember to get the pass from me and put it on your rear view mirror) Easy to find spots on street.
