About Don Collins:
Originally from the "flat lands," I was first introduced to the Cashiers/Highlands area in the summer of 1988. I met my wife, Pam, who is from the area, and more than 25 years later we have three wonderful children together. We could not imagine living anywhere else. (it's really hard to beat summer temperatures that average in the mid 70's).

I have been in the real estate industry for more than 25 years and have sold, developed or been responsible for the sale of more than 350 million in properties. I have experience with both sides of a real estate transaction-buying and selling- in everything from large parcels for development to that perfect family cottage down a beautiful mountain road. Luxurious mountain estate in a gated community or a weekend getaway condominium-I can find what you want or sell it for you. About Ginger Hicks:
I have lived in the Cashiers area for 6 years. My family moved here from Aiken, South Carolina when my husband took the Director of Golf job at Mountaintop Golf and Lake Club. We have three elementary age children and are very involved in this close knit community of the Cashiers and Highlands area. We all enjoy the many things to do here from lake time, hiking, golfing and fishing in the warmer months to skiing and playing in the snow during winter.

I have a paralegal degree and have had previous real estate experience but have enjoyed working as Don's assistant since September 2015. I am currently working towards my brokers license and am excited to be more involved working with clients whether buying or selling.
