Our Pizzas are Made to order, made with the freshest ingredients. No frozen vegetables; which are all hand washed and cut daily. No frozen doughs or frozen cheeses. Once you place your order, each of our pizzas are hand-tossed and baked in Brick ovens. Every pizza must be rotated during the cooking process. Unlike most of our competitors, we do not use dough sheeters or presses. Nor do we use conveyor belt ovens.
At Cataldo’s we prefer to do things “The Old Fashioned Way”.
Therefore, you may experience a wait during our busy hours. But, well worth the wait! Enjoy!
