District Court is usually the first exposure a person has to court and court room issues. A judge is the first person they may meet. I have 23 years of courtroom experience representing all people and colleagues, from all backgrounds. My personal and professional experience has added depth and breadth to my ability to apply the law in a fair and impartial manner with appropriate judicial temperament. A vote for me is vote for a strong Durham County bench.

I am dedicated to Durham County through my philanthropic work with Durham Legal Aid, the 14th Judicial District Grievance Committee and other clinics, my Alma Mater NCCU Law School Board of visitors, and and Durham Public Defender Appointments for Juvenile Court. I am an active member of St. Barbara Greek Orthodox Church and the Women's Philanthropic Group, Philoptochos.
