Catholic Central High School is a coeducational, college preparatory school educating 500 students in grades 7-12. Located in North Troy, our diverse student body hails from 29 surrounding school districts. Catholic Central is rich in history and tradition. Founded in 1923, the school has remained a vibrant force in the community for 89 years. We have graduated 25,000+ young men and women who have become doctors, lawyers, business owners, teachers, etc. Although their days walking the hallowed halls of CCHS have ended, they remain true to the “purple and white” with their ever present CRUSADER SPIRIT! Catholic Central remains the largest Diocesan high school in the Albany Diocese, as well as the largest private high school in the Capital Region.
