Cavalli Farm

Cavalli farm is a small boarding horse farm that is situated on 50 acres of fenced green fields and 20 acres of wide private wooded trails in Newburgh, Maine. About 10 minutes south of Bangor and Brewer. The owners and operators , Jon and Lauren, live on premise and provide custom care to every horse boarded on site. Our horse barn has large stalls with skylights in each stall as well as a heated tack room. Daily turnout in large grass fields with access to run-ins. Our facility has a 80 x 100 indoor, 200 x 150 outdoor, round pen, and private trails to exercise your horse. Jon is our resident handy man and farrier; however your welcome to use your own farrier. We have been in the horse business combined for over 20 years. Lauren has shown and worked with world-class barns specializing both dressage/combined training along with western/english pleasure, showmanship, and horsemanship. Lauren also raced standardbreds along the East coast. Jon focus is more on speed; competing in barrels/poles and calf roping. We train all our own horses with the assistance/ wisdom of some great trainers. We believe in creating all round horses who have balance and flexion. We offer lessons for all ages and levels in western and english with emphasis in good horsemanship. We currently own 7 horses in all stages of life; from a yearling to 4 in various stages of competitive training, 2 minis and 2 semi-retired lawn ornaments. Besides the horses we have goats, rabbit, chickens, ducks, turkeys, and pigs on the property. Hope you enjoy our daily farm post and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
