Caveman Health and Fitness

Caveman Health and Fitness LLC was created out of our frustration with the lack of affordable personal training, group classes, and fitness equipment. Our goal is to provide a safe, healthy, and active environment for individuals of all fitness levels to enjoy. We provide personal training and offer group classes at our outdoor facility. We are also currently working on our own line of fitness equipment!

Maintaining fitness and building relationships are both paramount to forming healthy communities. Join in on one of our group classes to see how we are accomplishing both.

We will be hosting special classes with experts in all sorts of fitness disciplines, so be on the lookout for those!

If you are currently a personal trainer and would like a place to work with clients talk to us about special pricing.

We are constantly improving our facility and changes are made almost daily.
Currently we are working on:
-the caveman challenge (our timed obstacle course)
-installing an outdoor sink and shower for our patrons
-Completing our locker and changing room renovation.

Future improvements may include:
-a rock climbing wall
-a salmon ladder

Chris Chandler- Certified Personal Trainer.

Nancy Baraty- Taekwondo instructor

Graham Kirchner- Bachelor's of Science in Biology, EMT, and fitness enthusiast.
