Statement of Faith:

• We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, are inspired by God and are a complete revelation of God’s plan for the salvation of man, and the divine and final authority for all Christian faith, life, and conduct.

• We believe there is only one true, eternal and triune God. We believe that the holy Son of God, Jesus Christ, is a perfect God and a perfect man, who was conceived by the Holy Spirit and birthed by the Virgin Mary. He died on the cross as a perfect and complete atonement for our sins. He was buried and resurrected from the dead on the
third day, and ascended into heaven. He will come again to fulfill the Scriptures to judge the living and the dead.

• We believe the Holy Spirit is God, a three person trinity with the Father and the Son. The work of the Holy Spirit is to lead us to repentance and to be born again. The Holy Spirit dwells in the believer’s heart and empower him/her to live a godly life.

• We believe that God created man in His own image. Since the fall of Adam, the entire human race fell into sin. Men have fallen short of the glory of God and can only be saved by the redemptive work of Jesus Christ, so that we can be justified and reconciled before God, our sins being forgiven and we receive eternal life with God
in heaven.

• We believe that believers will receive eternal life and their bodies will be resurrected. Unbelievers will receive God’s judgment where their names will not be found written in the Book of Life. They will be thrown into the lake of fire to face eternal death.

• We believe that Jesus Christ is the head and the body of the Church. The body of church is made up of born again Christians. Through the church we can worship God, have Christian fellowship, serve God together, spread the gospel, and become a witness to the world.

Mission:
Camp Herald provides a platform for life-changing experiences and faith-based programs in a Christian camp setting.

Vision:
"Close to God, close to Home". Camp Herald is an unique ministry to provide a work field for Christians to demonstrate collaborative work and join force in God's work. Utilizing the camp venue to provide a safe, peaceful, affordable getaway facility for the community and local churches to nurture the spiritual and personal growth to all participants.
