Cecil Township is a township in Washington County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is a suburb in the Pittsburgh metropolitan area. The population was 11,271 at the 2010 census.The township contains the Southpointe suburban business park; companies based there include Ansys, Consol Energy, Millcraft Industries and Mylan.
