Using cognitive behavioral therapy and yoga wisdom, I want to support my clients in creating a life they love and cultivating relationships and experiences which move them to their best. I’ve had amazing teachers and counselors to help me along the way and I hope to use some of that wisdom to help you too. Healing is possible. New patterns and new feelings are out there.
