Cedar Grove, NL Group’s newest concept, offers an imaginative nature-inspired restaurant and bar featuring a farm-to-table menu created by award-winning Executive Chef Taylor Kearney. The former DISH Cedar Springs space has been transformed into a modern forest within the dining room and bar, featuring a grove of twenty-four modern, stylized trees over twelve feet tall placed among the dining tables. Chef Kearney’s culinary vision is for guests to experience a range of flavors with a menu that highlights the social nature of dining with sharable plates under Snacks, sandwiches and flatbreads under Breads and Buns, entrees under Large Plates, and Sweets. Everything on the menu is under $25. Beverage director and noted mixologist Trevor Landry has created a selection of cocktails to entice the senses, including: Above the Treeline, Spiced Apple, Flower Power and more. The drink menu also includes punches for sharing, adult snow cones and floats and IPA beers on tap. A curated selection domestic and imported wines was developed by sommelier Brandon Smoot.
