Cedar Rock is a village in Caldwell County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 300 at the 2010 census.GeographyCedar Rock is located in east-central Caldwell County at, northeast of Lenoir, the county seat. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.32% of the population.There were 123 households out of which 26.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 87.0% were married couples living together, 2.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 9.8% were non-families. 9.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.56 and the average family size was 2.73.
