CEFitness

Cindy holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Studies and has held many National certifications for over 30 years including AFAA, AAAI, Reebok, Les Mills, and Balanced Body. She is a licensed CPR BLS Training Instructor for American Heart Association Accredited Courses. Cindy was the creator and CEC provider for many instructor continuing education classes with the Aerobic and Fitness Association of America and is currently a choreographer and Master Trainer for Jackrack Fitness. She participated in Competitive Aerobics Training, with 2 Gold medals in Novice Competitions in her early 20’s. Here recent competitive accomplishments include 1st Place Ms. Bikini Masters and overall Title at Albany Natural Championships and also the Televised Fitness New England and Fitness Universe Competitions. Cindy also placed 1st Runner Up in Mrs. Massachusetts Pageants.
